Sam Hall is an award winning UK based composer, orchestrator, songwriter, musical director, conductor, producer and multi-instrumentalist. Sam creates music in all sorts of ways, from programming intricate and experimental electronics, writing epic and beautiful melodies and textures for huge orchestras, producing and co-writing for pop & indie singer-songwriters, to recording himself on one or two of the many instruments he plays including Piano, Cello, Guitar, Bass, Hammond Organ, Saxophone, Accordion, Mandolin, Ukelele and Banjo.
Sam studied contemporary classical composition at the Royal College of Music with Mark-Anthony Turnage and has had his music and orchestrations played by first class orchestras including the Orchestra of the Royal Opera House, The Southbank Sinfonia (BBC Proms) and the London Philharmonic Orchestra (Royal Festival Hall).
Sam has written music for games, plays and musicals, short films, documentaries, concert halls, contemporary dance, library companies and all kinds of bands as a songwriter (including hip-hop, indie-rock, contemporary jazz and folk).

Sam has also worked as a Music Supervisor, Musical Director and Multi-instrumentalist on many West End, International and Touring shows.

His music straddles many different genres and he is always looking to create exciting and innovative new work that push the boundaries of what people expect.
