9/11/2020 - Sam caught COVID! However, whilst quarantining he started writing a new musical with actor and writer Ant Payne. The story, set in 1930s LA, follows Billy, a budding photographer who has moved to Hollywood in search of fortune and fame, but is soon met with the realities of life in the crazy city.​ They are in the process of writing but are hoping to share an exciting music video soon...

28/10/2020 - Sam has finished writing a new musical, 'On The Edge'. 'Back in February 2020 whilst on tour, I set myself the challenge of writing a show completely on my own, with a small cast and a story that could be brought to life without the need for any fancy/expensive sets! It is about a very personal experience that happened to one of my best friends.'
